Ok. I'll be sticking with unleaded gasoline. It is marked as 93 octane rating here in our place.

How about motorcycle engines? You will notice that a lot of motorcycles/trycycles are loading Regular gasoline. From the statement above, the smaller engines run at higher compression level to blah. blah.. The regular gasoline octane rating here is 81 which has a huge gap over 93 - 95 (unleaded, premium). Any good hearted mechanic out there that would gladly explain to us about this things? Our engines will be glad if they are being feed with the right food. Not the cheap nor expensive one.

What can I say? A normalized database means data redundancy is minimized. That is Relational in nature. Again, that is the "R" in RDBMS (Relational Database Management System). There are also dedicated books about normalization i've heard but haven't read. This is not to discourage some confused people including me. But normalization I think is sort of common sense. It depends on the situation. It's up to you on how you figured out at what degree of normalization to apply. I don't see it as stages. Because, you may jump directly to (3NF) or whatever you desire. And, when you backtrack from (3NF) to (2NF) -- process of denormalizing. It just happen behind the scene. Have you seen it? Tell me have you seen it? Huh.

Maybe. But, partly it ruins the software industry. Developers must be paid for the software they wrote. But FOSS tend to make them for free and compensate on the support or service model.

Business generally, is a way of making profit by sale or service directly or indirectly. R. Kayosaki's point is indirectly, you don't do the job yet the money goes to your pocket, yeah... cool, chill sa aking duyan.
If you are an employee quitting your day job in favor of being a freelancer/contractor, because your consulting gig is better than your day job. Do not forget to consider that being a consultant working one client at a time is not far from being an employee.
But, why is it? Doctors, Architects, Attorneys, Accountants, etc. doing freelancing, make a better living. Answer it yourself, they are promising in nature. Owning the Hospital, Owning an Architect firm, Owning a software company. Owning makes the big difference, and that's what real business is. But hey, I want to own a business selling pirated CD. That is definitely a monkey business and it's a different story. Try police story.
